WordPress 3.0 Beta Has Been Released

For all you WordPress enthusiasts, the first beta of WordPress 3.0 was released this past Saturday.

Some of the many notable new features in the version 3.0 beta of the popular blogging software are the following:

  • A new custom menus system (near completion)
  • Will allow multiple blogs to operate from a single installation
  • An addition of a new default theme called Twenty Ten
